The curving section of fence SW of Warehouse 4 can be jumped from the SW side of it to the NE side, skipping the entire Old Gas area.

It might be good to cut a tiny gap in the fence to the left of the buried cache immediately north of New Gas the concrete fence (east-west) is tilted such that you can easily jump past the wire fence (north-south).
